FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE DATE: 5 January 2005 SUBJECT: $5000 Merit Scholarship Announced
The Good Hope School is offering a new student entering the Upper School, grades 9-12, a $5000 Merit Scholarship per year for up to four years of their secondary school education. The deadline for applications is January 28, 2005. Please call Mrs. Eileen Hill, Admissions Coordinator, at 772-0022 for an application. Candidates should exhibit academic excellence, strength of character, sound values, and a passion for learning, and will be chosen based on their scholastic records, personal interview, a required essay, and the School's own admissions test. Testing will be Saturday, February 26, 2005, on The Good Hope School campus. The Good Hope School provides a rigorous college preparatory curriculum that guides a student's ability to think critically, creatively, independently, and globally.
